this phone has a horrible range, and bad power pack, the phone is ok but u have to have power and service to work and this phone is ridiculous horrible, do not buy this is if its on sale for 10 bucks its not worth it

I must agree totally with you about this phone! It also is from Alltel, and I have had nothing but problems with it. There had been very few times that I didn't have something wrong with it. It shuts off when ever it pleases, lost all my pictures and songs, ringtones, sounds. I called tech support and they told me to have it flashed, did that and worked ok for about a month, and all problems started again. Now it won't even turn completely on and Alltel's only suggestion is to turn it into insurance, and they will give me a "refurbished" phone. I don't want someone elses problems, along with my own. So I said the heck with it and paid over $200 for a LG Banter. I don't recommend this phone, and wouldn't even suggest it if it was FREE!!!!! It's just going to make you mad as it did me, and other people.
