5/10 Nice but Flawed !

This phone intially was great, the quaility of the reception,appearence and, price was a deciding factor in my purchase. I have a few problems with it after two weeks of use. The charge/ear jack ports are hard to open and, are now not closing at all. I opened the back cover and now it will not remain closed. I in fact even lost it due to this flaw. I contacted Motorola and, they offered me a new back cover of which the port covers are attached to but, I suspect this flaw will rear it's ugly head again. Dissapointed
