Rissapoo757 - 07/30/09 (Edited: 07/30/09)
I bought this phone July 13th. It was hard to get used to from the sidekick i had for years. Well everything was ok until July 25th, my scroll ball just stoped working. It would scroll up but not down. I went to t-mobile i was still in my 14 days so I got a Brand new one. Now today July 30th I have to SAME problem the ball will not scroll down. Now This means i cant text becuase I need scroll down to type a message all I can do is put in the number. So my phone dose not work. They will send you a new one, That you will get in a week. Hello my phone dose not work so for a week I have to wait for a new one. WTF. So if your willing to wait and wait for a new phone, I dont think this is a good phone. A regular plain jan phone works better then this New Dash. What a Waste of money ill never get back.
