1/10 the mogul sucks -

Ok, lets get down to the review about the phone NOT THE SOFTWARE - Microsoft makes the software STOP REVIEWING the phone over the software, HTC DOES NOT MAKE THE SOFTWARE! Ok, the phone is an HTC mogul in this case, it's named many other things depending on the carrier. Mine is through Sprint. Spring is a good carrier with a great data plan - the phone will never let me use that plan to its full capability. The processor on this phone is slow, it doesn't handle commands or processes for anything. The phone hangs constantly and making a text is far from easy or efficient. I can watch the letter crawl in AFTER I type them. If you plan on going to a high altitude leave the phone at home - the phone will freeze, stop responding, and because EXTREMELY unstable. I'm currently back from a trip from PALM SPRINGS AERIAL TRAMWAY and the phone will not operate. It shuts the phone feature off all the time and refuses to connect properly. Even when FULL signal the phone is horrible. I'm now backing up my data to do a HARD RESET AGAIN DUE TO ALTITUDE ISSUES! Last time it took my phone over 1 HOUR TO BOOT because I was in a higher location. I have an Ipaq from HP that is over 5 years old and it BLOWS MY PHONE out of the water. Don't waste your time on this or your money. I have been working on and with computers for 13 years and have NEVER seen anything as pathetic as this phone. I've owned the phone a little over 7 months and have been pissed since the first month. Bring it back? Well you cant after thirty days right - well you didn't know it sucked ass until you really started using it. Video playback is impossible, not bad, impossible. 1 frame per every 2+ seconds. Oh yeah, the audio is LOUD AND CLEAR but there is NO visual. I'm not the only one. Anyone who gives this phone a review about 2 has obviously NEVER used a real pocket pc. Hope this helps you and if you don't believe me email me, look at other reviews, check out youtube and make your own conclusion - Btw, I'm currently transfering data from my phone at no more than 8BITS per second so I can HARD RESET again.... this sucks!
