First, responding to the first yahoo won't make you feel better. They are on some kinda narcotic high crusade to rid the world of piracy... I don't waste my time even reading their slime...

Back to your response... personally I don't think your theory is correct. Just my opinion. If you purchase a DvD from a store, I believe you purchased that particular media, not globally the content on the media. I am not against what you done, but I think it would be hard to convince a court that it is ok to acquire a copy of the media anywhere I want because I paid 19.99 at WallyMart for the contents of the DvD. Just my opinion....
