Yeah Right!
Piracy is illegal... but what about: Illegal monopoly, price fixing, illegal copy protection that prevent you from playing music in your LEGAL MP3 Player or play movie in your LEGAL PSP.

Case Study: i own the DVD of National Treasure. i want to enjoy it on the PSP. I cannot transfere it to my play it via my PSP because of illegal copy protection. So i D/L it from some P2P network in a format that i can use on my PSP.

Where did i did something illegal? I own the movie, but i was FORCE by movie studio (copy protection) to get it from the net... but the copy i got from the net is not illegal in my case, since i own the DVD of the movie...

Ho Yeah.. i forgot... i paid 20$ for the DVD... guest i should have paid an extra 30$ (yes 30$) more to get it on a UMD for the PSP...

who is the crook?
