Infrastructure sharing
So much for control of broadband ISP's and they need controlling--my bill goes up and service goes down.

On the infrastructure issue, I live in an area where utility lines are not buried and the otherwise beautiful scenery is marred by poles with a myriad of wires already on them. And for each company that wants to supply broadband services another line of wire/cable will be strung. Not to mention the strain on resources to manufacture all that wire/cable. Just another example of big business buying out the legal system.
