equal treatment under the law is a concept the FCC seems to ignore whenever
it suits them.

If the cable company wants to offer high speed internet and a phone line in their service they should be treated the same as the telephone company that does this.

It's time for this duplicity/complicity/preferrential treatment to end.

It's time to cut the telcos and the cable companies both loose or make them both share.
