It will be all about Pricing
From a consumer standpoint, it will be who can give the most for the least amount of money. With TV, Internet and phone service all merging, the winners will be the companies that can provide the most services for least monthly fees. It will be interesting in 2 to 5 years to see where the RBOCs and Cable Companies stand... and who's still around.
