on both the telco and cable side as competition heats up. In addition, the stage is set for wireless broadband to take off. That will simply add to the competitive mix. Those few who will suffer in the process are those who live in areas without competition. They will end up being dumped on by their sole provider as that provider seeks to make up for their losses in areas with heavy competition. In those areas without competition, the old "We don't care, we don't have to" mantra will continue to rule.
