1.5 or 3 makes little differnce
That's what I've found. My ISP just boosted my speed from 1.5 to 3Mbps and I hardly notice the differnce. The speed is there but sites I download from just pump it out the same speed as before. Glad I didn't pay extra for this speed increase.
