3/10 It has a potential to be a good product but...

.. I could not make it work with Vista and Outlook 2007 ( my archive folders are properly indexed but my personal folders are not indexed at all) . Technical support is useless - no much help short of giving standard answers (reinstall software or rebuilt indexes ) and actually they ignore most of the inquires anyway. I hoped that by using commercial product versus free desktop searches I will have better results. So far I am disappointed.
