Potential users need to beware. This application does not support SCSI drives. I found out from CyberLink Tech Support when restoration of my lost data files repeatedly failed. I went back and re-checked the purchase site and CyberLink descriptive materials and found no warning or disclaimer about interface support. Two-out-of-two attempts to claim a refund have been treated as incomplete NEW orders by CyberLink's contract re-fund service so I don't see restitution in my future.
