RE: Bill Gates bids farewell
Mr. Gates stood up for what he believed would be the precursor for all innovations and inventions in terms of leading-edge technology. Even in the face of stern opposition in the form of established household brand names. That, in my humble opinion, counts for a great deal.

In business, profitability is the final word. Mr. Gates achieved that and employee satisfaction in the same breath. While the manner in which he achieved his vision cannot be condoned always, the man himself cannot be condemned.

PC computing passed a significant milestone with the emergence of Microsoft as one of the world's biggest software powerhouses.
