Apparently, Someone Never Used VM/370!
Running various operating systems, load balancing, memory usage, etc. have been part of IBM's VM strategy for many years. When I first used VM/370, I was using VM/CMS on one partition while other partitions ran CICS and MVS. Nowadays, Z/OS is POSIX compatible while running CICS legacy applications. Thus, I don't understand the purpose of this article.
