Rubbish.
The EC competition ruling was over windows server products which held no monopoly.

It shows the EC can and will abuse it's power at will to try and forge economic advantages usually targeting American companies. It's no secret that portions of the government within the EU are trying to gain economic supremecy, no matter what the means and obvious unfair and unethical rulings.

A monopoly within the EU which was found to be guilty of predatory pricing, in other words and out right "thumbing their nose" at EU law and performing aggregious acts of obvious treachery in the face of the government.

Microsoft is huge and *any* market manuver on thier part is going to be perceived as "doing it for the money" or "robbery" but their sheer size is unprecendented. They did nothing illegal or immoral to became as large as they are. In face IBM is more guilty of pushing anti trust behavior to it's limits, but they throw open source a bone and they are "heroes" and all transgressions forgiven.

The EU and you are as transparent as 100% transparency on the beautiful and marketshare growing Vista operating system.

Why do you have to make this stuff up all of the time. The EC goes after a part of Microsoft that has nothing close to a monopoly, but included in that, they pull in everything else that they want along the way.

That's what you get when the law is dictated by a monopoly and not coming from representatives of the people.
