DIfferent exchange rates!
It's because of difference of exchange rates and local income you GOON !! if they charge $200 for office software in china no one will ever buy it.

Basic items like loaf of bread and milk in India and china are as cheap as 30cents and they are of the same quality. Now would you demand the same price in USA? It is beyond my understanding why someone would ask such stupid question.
