Your missing the point of this article which is spot on. Big corporations have handed their software development and call management to India and China. Problem is India and China cannot handle large complex applications. They have a churn of people around the 9-18 months. They get educated and leave for a better job. India with this will move so it prices itself out the market , China will most likely not fall prey to this attitude. Applications that take more than this time to learn means your stuffed. You never get an experienced team that can innovate.
