Anybody here try out one of Amazon's EC2 servers? How about storing some of your personal backup stuff using their S3, or using Amazon's SQS to create a conduit? Any of you guys try putting together a dashboard with the free tools from Google? No?

Well, it's time to take a serious look at this stuff. Yes, it's different from what those of us in the industry are used to and in my opinion, the point being made by this article and by HP is life isn't standing still. The shape of IT is changing and we need to change with it, or we will be working somewhere other than IT.
