9/10 Small business friendly

Our law firm signed up for Stamps.com two months ago as a way to save costs and consolidate tasks. We chose Stamps.com online postage because we could use our office printer and because the company offers some great services that are very firm-friendly. In addition to using Stamps.com to send mail through USPS, our firm can access our FedEx account through our Stamps.com account, which makes it easier to keep track of our postage costs. Stamps.com also offers cost codes so we can track individual expenses back to each client without having to resort to a general account or an antiquated log book. Each month, Stamps.com has sent us a usage summary report that we can reorganize and search through to ensure accuracy in our billing. Perhaps the biggest benefit of Stamps.com is that it offers return receipt Certified Mail with no handwritten forms. This service is important to a law firm because of the nature of the documents we send to our clients. Stamps.com has proprietary forms for Certified Mail which cost extra, but it is convenient to be able to print the information out rather than handwrite it on the little USPS forms. Our firm has been very pleased with this service so far. We look forward to a long relationship with Stamps.com.
