it's the GOVERNMENT that is responsible for people not getting sufficient training..get real...there are so many damm state and federal programs out there for people to go to college, etc it's not funny, especially since my taxes pay for them, just check with any college on available programs.

Besides, that's not the point, there is no shortage of qualified U.S. IT workers, only a shortage of companies that want to pay U.S. wages when a Sri Lankan would be thrilled to get our minimum wage.

And keep your assinine opinions about the war off of this board!
