I agree with BillG....
My rep has told me over and over again that great minds think alike. So it is with me and BillG on the subject of H-1B visas. I have often times wished I could hire the best and brightest MCSE's from a true global talent pool. However, due to limitations of the H-1B program, I am stuck using local MCSE talent to manage this enterprise network. My rep has recommended outsourcing as a way of helping me to hire brighter MCSE's, but frankly, I want to be able to see the SHOCK and AWE of my emloyees when they realize what a powerful network we have here.
