MS: Compressed and hot air as usual
``Many of the features that Gates showed, however, are not reflected in the updated "developer preview" version that was given to attendees at the Windows Hardware Engineering Conference here.''

i.e., they just slapped on some simulated features ..... to have something to show.

``A fraction of the new features will make it into an initial beta version this summer, but many may not show up until a subsequent beta. Microsoft wouldn't say when that beta version will arrive, but Gates said the company is still focused on trying to release the final version of Longhorn in time to make it on PCs sold for next year's holiday season.''''

Their wishful thinking is about wishing that they can hope to have something by next year's holliday seazon... (Christmas 2007?)

And all these .... sophisticated features that allows the ... indexing of files and the new ... graphical engine... The talent of these people is ENDLESS....

Pls guys don't move so ... fast. Your speed is making everyone watching sleepy...ehh dizzy.

Nevertheless, the usual COMPRESSED and HOT AIR from Redmond.

Aren't they embarrased to demonstrate that they have done VERY LITTLE for their next huge os? On which supposedly their survival rides? (I know 90% of the PC desktop, yes: big deal)

Let's rename Longhorn to MS-Win-BE: `B' for Barbie Edition.
