Ain't OS X Shweet!!!
I switched to OS X about a year ago. Without a doubt, it is
one sweet OS. I can't remember the last time my computer
crashed. Plus with things like iChat, Apple is really adding
some true value to the corporate environment. Imagine a
CEO being able to videoconference to anyone in the world
from the comfort of his office, home and hotel room. Linux
is showing us an inexpensive alternative to the garrote
Microsoft has had around corporate America's neck for far
too long. Apple is showing us true innovation and is
illuminating the direction where computing is going in the
coming years. Microsoft is drowning in its own hubris and
finally there underhanded techniques to tie everyone into
their web of lock-in, expensive site licenses, etc. are
coming undone. Who would of thought 10 years ago, that a
little free UNIX clone from a graduate student would be the
straw to break the camels back?
