The Middle Road
Most businesses in this day and age try to factor in "Acceptable losses" in the scheme of a business plan.

The RIAA/Major Record Companies threaten everyday people with lawsuits because the "professinal criminals" are a) locked up, b) still at large making money c) went to work for the corporations d) went to work in government.

With few artists making vast amounts of money, most in the music business are just trying to get to the next level of "the game of life ver. 2k3".

Has anybody read Rolling Stone magazine, and articles on bands getting the shaft from their: a) agent b) manager c) promoter d) record lable or e) all of the above...

How about articles on the business of music or worked in the trades. How about the book "This Business of Music" by M. William Krasilovsky.

The "indy record promoters" and big corporate radio stations?
