a few points
1) if they are going to prosecute, then they need ot try to prosecute everyone... not find out who first, then file the suit. of course their screening process did backfire for them...
2) theives in jail.. yes... throw the riaa in jail... since downlaoding is NOT against the law and price fixing is... guess who the law breaker is?
3) what about people who download AND buy stuff?
