they dont expect to ship much really
i know when i ordered the upgrade version of 9.1, it took them 3 weeks to fill the order and they gave me the full version for the same price, because there was way more preorders and orders than anything they thought they would have and they couldnt keep up with the demand. They would have to do more than just advertise to be able to get it spread to the masses.
