- Mr. Geller, ever hear of testing?
- I understand the patches do not work and the Java stuff is broken, but seriously, did you not deploy this patch on a test box to make sure it did not break anything before deploying to production? Or did you go straight to production without testing anything? Granted, Apple might have blown this one but it does not sound like you did any due dilignece at all.
