As with any package
It really depends what your used to. People who have used Adobe for years would find GoLive easier and vice-versa. It would also depend what your focus is. I feel Photoshop is much better than Fireworks, but Dreamweaver is a much better web publishing program. If they repackage the programs suites and combine the best qualities of others, they'll have some monster suites that will be hard to compete with, technology- and feature- wise at least. Price will still be up there.
