FLASH NIGHTMARE
Client 1 come to me, asking to take care of his web site, entirelly builded in Flash. Beatifull production, amazing animations, the kind of production you know a talented kid put his best effort at a time his entire life is in front of him. Now talented kid dissapear in nature -and of course source files. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE A SINGLE LETTER YOU HAVE TO REBUILD the entire site!

Client 2, an art gallery has a web site with a beautiful navigation bar, with rooms of artist, ordered alphabetically. Now if you want to add a damn name starting with B, you need to move all the other artists down, each atribut, each position, each animation must be reset, manually of course - a complete nightmare, JUST FOR ADDING A NAME!
Bottom line I find is the most ineficient technology when used for what is not suposed to be used: building web sites.
