Microsoft whiffs on tools, database betas

wow, again: what a joke, however, i do remeber an artticle that stated SQL Server 2K is still doing quite well

i wonder if MySQL has tried to push based on this, or some of the embedded app db makers tried chinking on M$ for this f*-up
