What is the role of a corporation?
Isn't the point of having a corporation to make money? Why would any well run business turn down an opportunity for a huge cash payoff? Supposedly, the courts are the ones who are going to be enforcing the behavioral changes, as the minor vendors aren't going to have much pull with as big a power as MS.

If you really want to feel justice was being served, would you suggest jail time for the executives involved? Remember, these are all civil matters, not criminal ones.
