It seems pretty cut-and-dried. I was responding in a more general way to the OP. Once companies who feel they are 'owed' something by Microsoft have gotten their money, the lawsuits will die out.

If companies really were after justice and not money, there would be less 'settlements' (payoffs, some call them) and more 'agreements'. The way to approach a monopoly is through behaviour change, not fines -- obviously, a successful monopoly has more than enough cash to handle monetary penalties. Why so so many people here complain so loudly about settlements, calling them 'payoffs' and 'bribes', if something other than 'mere money' wasn't expected?
