The problem with stolen IP
is that although the rightful owner gets remuneration for the lost income, but at the same time millions of $$$ have to go to LAWYERS. And we all know how much layers contribute in the s/w development process.....;-)

For MS is NO PROBLEM: they get the money from the masses. They can finance their questinable operations without gicing money out of their personal pockets. The perfect crime ...
