Spammer suing spammer? for spamming?
When the case settles (most likely, out-of-court) does the state of New York get the cash, or does that go to M$ (who will invest it in more spam campaigns that are in accordance with the you can spam law)? Seems like us folks who are actually receiving all this spam will never have a recourse.
