And so are you... okay maybe that was uncalled for. But there has been a lot of positive return for both Linux and IBM.
1 - Linux has gained one of the most powerful legal forces in the business world. Even though IBM has not pledged idemnification, I am sure if Linux was threatened they would defend it.
2 - Linux has the [url=http://jfs.sourceforge.net]JFS[/url] provided by IBM.
3 - Linux (as well as others) have the [url=http://www.eclipse.org/]Eclipse developers tool.
4 - Linux has gained use of [url=http://news.zdnet.com/2100-3513_22-5524680.html]500 Patents[/url]
