For what?
Today's the day. For what? It has the possiblities of being a good campaign but it's too vague. They need to focus on what they do and how they do it better than the competition. Monster is not involved in the hiring process so why say today's the day? Is it the day that you get hired? Possibly. What Monster needs to focus on is that they are a forum providing a way for job seekers to find a job that match them or a company seeking the right individual. Almost like a singles meeting forum (ie, Here are my qualities. What are yours?) Their slogan or campaign should be "seek and find". Because, that is exactly what you are doing seeking out and finding the right job.
