Spontaneous reboots don't happen on stable hardware platforms - even with WINDOWS. You have a bad/cheap peice of harware.
I was having some problems, but reinstalling my sound drivers after installing I-Tunes solved it. I-Tunes did something to my sound drivers which caused big performance issues is some games.
