With SQL Server 2005 (code name Yukon) coming out in a few months, I think Oracle should be considering divesting.
I have worked in an SAP shop for years on the BW side. I found it difficult to work with and needlessly complex. Also, inflexible and not user friendly with a lot of limitations. Perhaps Oracle is having problems with getting entrenched in the ERP market, but for the life of me, I don't understand why SAP is so popular. - Posted by: mbingle@...
