I think you need to re-examine the demographic for Mac post OS X. I think you will find Mac users are incredibly sophisticated - possibly more so than their Windows brethren.

And... did you even RTFA? This isn't something for the Enterprise nor should be classified as a "tool" in the traditional sense of the word. It's a toy for end users, home users even, to run little applets and widgets and what-have-you. Think of it as an Active Desktop that actually does something useful.

The whole "if it was good Microsoft would've done it already" theory is rather laughable as well.
