EA typical anti-labor response
EA obviously doesn't see it's labor force as an asset. They must feel betrayed by the society brought by the winds of neo-conservatism for not staving off unjust laws of overtime pay to its employees. Isn't that just what President Bush was supposed to have accomplished? Why is EA now not protected from these frivolous overtime claims?
So they do the next best thing since local constabulary can no longer be brought in to beat dissident workers to pulp - retaliate. Like the almighty Wal-Mart closing organizing stores EA punishes those legally entitled to fair compensation for their labor by cutting off incentives available to other employees; if they want overtime we'll show them bas...ds. Let's continue rewarding those who relinquish their rights to fair compensation. With ever increasing gasoline prices the cost of operating yachts is going through the roof.
