The basic business model is not sustainable.
Operating systems and office suites will become comodities and Microsoft will have to lower prices. They might be able to maintain 75 percent if they cut their price by 1/10.They could make money at that, but there will be layoffs and their stock will drop like a rock. But even then, they have been spitting in their customers faces for quite some time now, many might switch regardless of discount.
