I work for one of the top 3 PC manufacturers. We ship Windows PC's at a rate of 99 to 1 over any other choice. The other choices are no OS, Linux, Unix and Netware. Of the other OS's, No OS is leader. Microsoft's business model is not only sustainable it is dominant in the market place. Like it or not, Microsoft is not going away any time soon.
