Tech Patents are good
If they were used properly.

It's just stupid that you can patent an idea with out implementing it then sit back and wait for others to come up with the same idea. Then let thier idea become a standard that get adopted by the industry.

In my opinion here, if you patent an idea and do nothing with and along comes someone with the same idea who does something with you the original patent should be void and replaced with the owner of the implemented idea.
