No Software Patents
It is simply impossible to do due diligence on software patents. There are too many and it is too expensive. Software and business process patents do not provide incentive, but simply create barriers to market entry and stifle innovation. Corporations collect them for use when another firm threatens their market, or, as in this case, they lurk in the shadows waiting for an innovator to step on their land mine.

Write your congress folks.
