The hard drive manufactures should sue them
When I looked at the patent, It kind of sounds like the same as wrighting to a hard drive.

It will put some new data in a different place on the disc. Rather then rewrighting all the data.

PS. Their web site says their going to sue 45 companys.

PS. PS. They are Morons for waiting so long, to sue.
