Why only Roxio?
As many different CD-burn software products as there are out there, all doing the same thing basically, why is Roxio being targeted? Why not Adaptec who created the software in the first place? Why not Nero (oops! Forgot they're an overseas company with a different set of evil patents).

As has been said over and over-TECHNOLOGY PATENTS ARE NOT A GOOD THING!!! I just don't mean in computers, but in any area where there is a chance for competition to be killed by just these kinds of lawsuits.
