NetSuite disgust
We are a small non-profit company which began using Netledger. We paid $59 a year to use it. Oracle stepped in and raised the bill to $1400 per year. The credit card system was awful and we had to use a seperate system and manually input everything into Netledger. To top it all off I was told there is no way to get all of our files transferred to another system unless we pay to have a program designed to transfer. A total scam. Their support was unable to fix a problem they encountered when upgrading yet again and for 9 months the main page of our account said "an internal error has occured, NetSuite is aware of this and attempting to fix it." I will never deal with them again if I have my way.
