NetSuite was the best software purchase we've made
I'm a little troubled when I read of how some folks really seem to take pleasure in slamming software companies. I run a small business and tried several solutions - QuickBooks for accounting, a home-spun CRM application and was really in trouble. A friend of mine told me to check out NetSuite and said that it was a fully integrated platform suited to small busienss owners like me. I also needed a website. After having spoken to a sales person at NetSuite I was sold. They really had everything I needed and were extremely affordable when compared to Salesforce.com (who I spoke to as well before deciding on NetSuite) and other solutions, plus the front and back office operations are completely integrated. I've saved thousands of $$ through this decision and really can't understand why this was such a horrible decision for some of the people who respond to the talkback section. Perhaps they are just not computer savvy. I recommend NetSuite for anyone who runs a small business.
