Netsuite was a big mistake for us.

We signed on with Netsuite and it has been a huge mistake. It
has enough problems that we don't even use it, and it has just
been a huge waste of money. It was billed to us as a way to
integrate all the aspects of our business into one application,
but it falls far short of that. It is way too slow to use as a point
of sale system in a busy retail environment. As mentioned, data
entry is also slow. And it does not, in fact, link all our databases.
If we did try to use it, we would still need to make duplicate data
entrys. In retrospect, it would have been much better to find a
developer to improve the DB we had been using. We are back to
using our old database, but still trapped by our Netsuite
contract.
